Also, sending isk to another player, typing in the amount no longer works, it just sends the default 50k. Scrolling to the desired amount still works at least.

Officer suits seem to have defaulted to their proto equivalent slot layouts at least in most cases. There was nothing in the patch notes that suggested scouts were getting a third equipment slot that I saw, did I miss it somehow?
